Booking Terms &Conditions.

Reservations are subject to receipt of a 10% deposit which within 12 weeks of the start of the holiday is non-refundable but remains fully transferable.

The balance is payable not less than four weeks before the start of the booked period.  If payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled.  Reservations made within four weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking. 

Payments are accepted by all major credit cards (except Amex) through Paypal (5% surcharge required) or cheque(s) subject to clearance.

The client will be liable for any damage caused by him/her to property or vehicles used during the holiday.

Clients are advised to take out holiday insurance, which should cover personal belongings, liability, delayed or cancelled flights, cancellations due to accident, illness, etc.
